I click on Create and Edit re- startsmart, then I click on Author, Edit, find and capture video. Then make dvd, then make video, then add video file, then choose from film downloads, then click open, and when that happens im prevented from going any further.
Can somebody tell me whats wrong please ?

Need to know:
What type of file you’re downloading, is it in avi format such as a film for instance.
If a film, can you play it on your pc with vlc media player or some other player.
Are you trying to convert it to burn to disc to play on any dvd or have you a divx player.
